In this episode, we explore the challenges, lessons learned and how Shizen was deployed in a major watchmaking company to improve the detection of recurring quality problems.

The Challenge: Their main objective was to improve the detection, resolution and highlighting of quality issues. With the use of Teams, the company had already taken a first step towards digitalising its problem resolution. However, this solution lacked fluidity in resolving and identifying recurring problems with suppliers.

It also lacked a more interactive and visual tool to help teams get to grips with the process.
