étude de cas épisode 1

In this episode, we will be discussing the deployment of Shizen at one of the world’s most prestigious watchmaking companies. We will have a look at the challenges faced, the lessons learnt and how Shizen has been integrated to optimise operational performance.

Employing over 7,000 people worldwide, with several factories in Switzerland, this watchmaking house is renowned for its excellence. Faced with growing demand from demanding customers and a competitive market, it was constantly looking to improve its operational performance.

The Challenge: The company was using three different solutions to manage various aspects of its performance. One for operational performance review, one for problem solving and one for action management.

This situation resulted in a loss of data, time and motivation, as juggling between different software packages was tedious and required IT expertise to synchronise the systems.
